The voucher is valid for one person, unless otherwise stated by the provider.
When booking a tasting or workshop, you can specify the number of participants you want to book for. The available number of tickets will be shown.

If you want to attend a tasting with more people than indicated, please contact us to discuss the available options.

There are no additional fees for booking a voucher

If a tasting does not reach the minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you by email at least 24 hours before the start. The amount you paid will then be refunded to your account within 3 business days.

Zodra de betaling is ontvangen, krijg je een bevestiging van betaling en is de factuur die je van ons ontvangt je bewijs van inschrijving.

Cancellations follow the provider’s policy, which may vary.
The booking conditions show if and when you can cancel, always provided before the tasting or workshop.
Cancellations are only possible via the withdrawal form (download here) and must be made within the allowed period.

Refunds for the tasting cost will be processed within 5 business days.
Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Tickets cannot be canceled or returned under the Distance Selling Act.
They are considered time-bound products, so refunds are not possible due to their time-sensitive nature.


If you did not attend the tasting and did not cancel within the specified period, it is not possible to claim a refund for the participation fee.

Payment is always required for a minimum number of participants.
A group outing with fewer participants than the minimum is possible, but the group rate still applies.

For groups of 10 or more people, please contact us directly.

Do you have a gift card you’d like to redeem?

After making your selection, you can enter your voucher number during the payment process. The corresponding amount will then be deducted from the total.

Please note:

  • Gift card numbers can only be used once.
  • The value of a gift card cannot exceed the total amount.
  • Remaining balances cannot be redeemed.

For example, if you have a €50 gift card and want to book a €15 tasting, we recommend purchasing a €35 gift card as well. This way, the remaining balance is not lost and can be used for another tasting later.

Gift cards purchased through ProeverijAgenda are valid for two years. For gift cards from other providers, their own terms and conditions apply.

Important update (effective 1 July 2020):

This rule applies only to online transactions.

For online payments with gift card credit, a maximum of €50 can be used per transaction.

When booking a tasting, your reservation is made automatically.
Once your payment is confirmed, you are guaranteed a spot on the date you selected.

Tastings and workshops involving alcoholic beverages are only open to participants aged 18 and over.
If there is any doubt, your age may be checked prior to the tasting.
If you cannot prove that you are 18 or older, you will not be allowed to attend, and no refund will be issued.

Photos and videos may be taken during tastings.
By attending a tasting, you agree that the organization has the right to use these images and recordings for marketing purposes, such as promoting upcoming tastings, marketing materials, products, and more.

If you do not want to appear in photos or videos, please inform the organization in advance.

Tickets booked through our platform are sent digitally for free.
For gift cards and physical products, shipping costs will be applied according to the rates of NL Post.

We understand it can be frustrating if you have a complaint about the service you experienced.
We kindly ask you to submit your complaint to our Customer Service department.

This can be done via email, regular mail, or telephone. Our Customer Service team will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction.

ProeverijAgenda will only share your information with the organizer of a tasting if necessary, for example, for a guest list.

We will not provide your information to third parties and will only retain it as long as needed for organizing the tasting.

ProeverijAgenda has taken the utmost care in compiling this website.

However, we exclude all liability for any consequences resulting from actions based on information from this website, including inaccuracies, incompleteness, or ambiguities.

All prices listed are indicative only, including VAT, and excluding shipping costs.

Copyright: The content of this website may not be reproduced, stored in an automated database, or publishedwithout the prior written consent of ProeverijAgenda.
This applies in any form, electronically or mechanically, including photocopies, recordings, or any other means, except for downloading, viewing, or printing for personal, non-commercial use.

You may register with ProeverijAgenda if your product is related to food & beverages. For the sale of alcoholic beverages, the legal minimum age of 18 must be observed.

ProeverijAgenda reserves the right not to list tastings.

All prices include 21% VAT.

Canceled tastings must be reported at least 48 hours in advance via email.

No rights can be derived from visitor numbers at tastings, events, or courses.

ProeverijAgenda is not responsible for incorrectly placed information, typographical errors, or incorrect prices.

When listing your tastings, ProeverijAgenda will inform you for both your and our verification.

The advertiser is solely responsible for payments for tastings and entry fees. ProeverijAgenda takes no responsibilityfor these.

ProeverijAgenda is not liable for any unwanted consequences resulting from attending tastings or any other activities announced on its website.

ProeverijAgenda respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially.
We use your data to make your listing and/or advertisement as quick and easy as possible.

Use of Your Data
Your personal data will only be used for other purposes with your consent. ProeverijAgenda will not sell your personal data and will only share it with third parties involved in executing your advertisement or listing.

We use the collected data to provide our customers with the following services:

  • Email communications: We use your email address to inform you about website developments, special offers, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time via our website.
  • Order management: If you place an order with ProeverijAgenda, we may store your information in a database. You can create a username and password to avoid entering your name, address, phone number, email, delivery, and payment details for each new order.

Terms and Conditions – ProeverijAgenda

These Terms and Conditions of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk have been established in consultation with the Dutch Consumers’ Association within the framework of the Coordination Group Self-Regulation (CZ) of the Social and Economic Council and have been in effect since June 1, 2014.

They apply to all members of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, except for financial services subject to supervision by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets.

1. Definitions

  • Additional Agreement: An agreement where the consumer acquires products, digital content, or services related to a distance contract.
  • Reflection Period: The period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer: A natural person not acting for business, trade, or professional purposes.
  • Day: Calendar day.
  • Digital Content: Data produced and delivered digitally.
  • Distance Contract: An agreement concluded within a system for distance sales.
  • Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products, digital content, or services to consumers online.
  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s ability to withdraw from a distance contract within the reflection period.
  • Model Withdrawal Form: The European model form included in Appendix I of these terms.

3. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer and agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer. The consumer must have access to these terms before concluding the agreement.

If electronic communication is used, the terms can be provided digitally, ensuring they can be stored by the consumer on a durable medium.


4. The Offer

The offer contains an accurate description of the products, services, or digital content. Images used reflect the products truthfully. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.


5. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer and payment by the consumer.

For electronic agreements, the entrepreneur confirms receipt immediately via email. Secure technical measures are taken for data transmission and payment.


6. Right of Withdrawal

  • Products: Consumers have at least 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons.
  • Services and Digital Content: If not delivered on a tangible medium, the reflection period also applies for 14 days after conclusion.
  • If legally required information on withdrawal is not provided, the period is extended to 12 months, plus 14 days after providing the information.

7. Obligations During Reflection Period

Consumers must handle products carefully and may only inspect them as in a physical store. Consumers are liable for value reduction only if caused by handling beyond what is necessary.


8. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  • Notify the entrepreneur within the reflection period using the model withdrawal form.
  • Return the product within 14 days, with accessories, in original packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Consumers bear the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise stated by the entrepreneur.

9. Obligations of the Entrepreneur on Withdrawal

  • Refund payments including delivery costs within 14 days, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
  • Refund may be postponed until the product is received or proof of return is provided.

10. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Certain products and services are excluded from withdrawal, e.g.,:

  • Custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed products for health/hygiene once opened
  • Services already fully performed with consumer consent
  • Digital content not on a tangible medium, with prior consumer consent

11. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. Price changes due to VAT or statutory regulations may occur.


12. Performance and Additional Guarantees

Products/services meet the agreement, reasonable usability standards, and applicable legal requirements. Additional guarantees do not limit statutory consumer rights.


13. Delivery and Execution

  • Delivery takes place at the consumer’s stated address.
  • Products are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

14. Long-Term Transactions

  • Consumers may terminate indefinite agreements with one month notice.
  • Limited-duration agreements cannot be silently renewed for longer than agreed.

15. Payment

  • Payment due within 14 days of order or end of reflection period.
  • Advance payment is limited to 50% unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payment incurs statutory interest and collection costs.

16. Complaints Procedure

  • Complaints must be submitted clearly and in full within a reasonable time.
  • Complaints acknowledged within 14 days; a more detailed response follows as soon as possible.
  • Complaints can also be submitted via Stichting Webshop Keurmerk(http://keurmerk.info/Home/MisbruikOfKlacht).

17. Disputes

  • Dutch law applies.
  • Disputes can be submitted to the Webshop Disputes Committee.
  • Disputes must first be reported to the entrepreneur.
  • Committee decisions are binding; max coverage €10,000 per case.

18. Industry Guarantee

Stichting Webshop Keurmerk guarantees compliance with binding advice from the Disputes Committee. Amounts exceeding €10,000 are handled via transfer to Stichting Webshop Keurmerk.


19. Additional or Deviating Provisions

Any additional or deviating provisions must not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be in writing or stored in a durable medium.


20. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Changes to these terms are made in consultation with the Dutch Consumers’ Association.
Most favorable provisions for consumers remain in effect during ongoing offers.


Right of Withdrawal & Event-Specific Terms

  • For event cancellations or withdrawal, ProeverijAgenda applies the organizer’s conditions.
  • See Article 10, point 5 of the Terms.
  • It is recommended to contact ProeverijAgenda to discuss with the organizer.
  • For online goods sold, statutory regulations apply as described in the Terms.
