Tasting at Alambik Distillery
Distilleerderij Alambik is one of the first small-scale distilleries in the Netherlands, passionately run by Zarko and Sandra. We distill only our own products, and our selection changes regularly. Each year, we release a new cask of whisky, and we also produce eau de vie, jenever, akvavit, and a variety of liqueurs.
Our liqueurs are made from our own distillates, using as much local fruit as possible. During the tasting, we invite you to explore our full range, letting you choose which drinks you’d like to sample.

Lunch / Dinner Options
The tasting can be combined with a lunch or dinner.
Lunch – €30 per person
Includes soups, spreads, chutneys, relishes, jams, quiches, pitas, breads, and drinks such as elderflower syrup and apple juice. All products are made in-house.
Dinner – €55 per person
A culinary journey through the Balkan, Mediterranean, Middle East, and Persia, featuring meats, fish, vegetables, salads, and more, prepared according to your dietary preferences. Drinks include beer, wine, elderflower syrup, and apple juice.

- Access is only granted to persons 18 years and older (ID will be checked).
- After your reservation and payment via the webshop, you will receive a confirmation by email, which serves as your admission ticket.
- If there are not enough participants, we reserve the right to cancel the tasting.
- Please hand in your voucher upon arrival.
