Definitions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Additional Agreement:<\/strong>\u00a0An agreement where the consumer acquires products, digital content, or services related to a distance contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reflection Period:<\/strong>\u00a0The period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consumer:<\/strong>\u00a0A natural person not acting for business, trade, or professional purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Day:<\/strong>\u00a0Calendar day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital Content:<\/strong>\u00a0Data produced and delivered digitally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Distance Contract:<\/strong>\u00a0An agreement concluded within a system for distance sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entrepreneur:<\/strong>\u00a0The natural or legal person offering products, digital content, or services to consumers online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right of Withdrawal:<\/strong>\u00a0The consumer\u2019s ability to withdraw from a distance contract within the reflection period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Model Withdrawal Form:<\/strong>\u00a0The European model form included in Appendix I of these terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Applicability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer and agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer. The consumer must have access to these terms&nbsp;<strong>before concluding the agreement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If electronic communication is used, the terms can be provided digitally, ensuring they can be&nbsp;<strong>stored by the consumer on a durable medium<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. The Offer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The offer contains an accurate description of the products, services, or digital content. Images used reflect the products truthfully. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. The Agreement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreement is concluded&nbsp;<strong>upon acceptance of the offer<\/strong>&nbsp;and payment by the consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For electronic agreements, the entrepreneur confirms receipt immediately via email. Secure technical measures are taken for data transmission and payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Right Of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Products:<\/strong>\u00a0Consumers have at least\u00a0<strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0to withdraw without giving reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Services and Digital Content:<\/strong>\u00a0If not delivered on a tangible medium, the reflection period also applies for\u00a0<strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0after conclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If legally required information on withdrawal is not provided, the period is\u00a0<strong>extended to 12 months<\/strong>, plus 14 days after providing the information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Obligations During Reflection Period<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumers must handle products carefully and may only inspect them as in a physical store. Consumers are liable for value reduction&nbsp;<strong>only if caused by handling beyond what is necessary<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Exercising The Right Of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notify the entrepreneur within the reflection period using the\u00a0<strong>model withdrawal form<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return the product within 14 days, with accessories, in original packaging where reasonably possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumers bear the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise stated by the entrepreneur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Obligations Of The Entrepreneur On Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund payments including delivery costs within 14 days, using the\u00a0<strong>same payment method<\/strong>\u00a0unless agreed otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund may be postponed until the product is received or proof of return is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Exclusion Of Right Of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain products and services are&nbsp;<strong>excluded from withdrawal<\/strong>, e.g.,:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom-made products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sealed products for health\/hygiene once opened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services already fully performed with consumer consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital content not on a tangible medium, with prior consumer consent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Pricing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are&nbsp;<strong>inclusive of 21% VAT<\/strong>&nbsp;unless stated otherwise. Price changes due to VAT or statutory regulations may occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Performance And Additional Guarantees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products\/services meet the agreement, reasonable usability standards, and applicable legal requirements. Additional guarantees&nbsp;<strong>do not limit statutory consumer rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Delivery And Execution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery takes place at the consumer\u2019s stated address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products are delivered within\u00a0<strong>30 days<\/strong>\u00a0unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Long-Term Transactions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consumers may terminate indefinite agreements with\u00a0<strong>one month notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited-duration agreements cannot be silently renewed for longer than agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment due\u00a0<strong>within 14 days<\/strong>\u00a0of order or end of reflection period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advance payment is limited to\u00a0<strong>50%<\/strong>\u00a0unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late payment incurs statutory interest and collection costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16. Complaints Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complaints must be submitted\u00a0<strong>clearly and in full<\/strong>\u00a0within a reasonable time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints acknowledged\u00a0<strong>within 14 days<\/strong>; a more detailed response follows as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints can also be submitted via\u00a0<strong>Stichting Webshop Keurmerk<\/strong>(<a href=\"http:\/\/keurmerk.info\/Home\/MisbruikOfKlacht\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/keurmerk.info\/Home\/MisbruikOfKlacht<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17. Disputes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dutch law applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputes can be submitted to the\u00a0<strong>Webshop Disputes Committee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputes must first be reported to the entrepreneur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Committee decisions are\u00a0<strong>binding<\/strong>; max coverage \u20ac10,000 per case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>18. Industry Guarantee<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stichting Webshop Keurmerk guarantees compliance with binding advice from the Disputes Committee. Amounts exceeding \u20ac10,000 are handled via transfer to Stichting Webshop Keurmerk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>19. Additional Or Deviating Provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any additional or deviating provisions&nbsp;<strong>must not be to the detriment of the consumer<\/strong>&nbsp;and must be in writing or stored in a durable medium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>20.
